Payment methods
You can pay:
Cash on delivery – Payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery.
Bank transfer – After payment is received on our account, the order will be processed and shipped.
Note: Online card payments are not supported at this time.
Delivery
Delivery within capital, Podgorica, is free. Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days after confirmation or payment receipt.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order. A completed withdrawal form must be sent by email and returned with the product and invoice.
Product exchange
Exchange is possible within 14 days with a completed exchange form. Products must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase.
Complaints
Complaints are accepted according to the Consumer Protection Law. Send complaints by email and include the product and invoice.
